I like the rooms especially for groups. The room is very clean particularly the bathroom and comfort room, aircon is very cold and quiet. The receptionists are very accomodating and approachable.

Worth the price for 3 days. Walking distance to other cafes. Easy access to public utility vehicles. It's a residential area so it's not that crowded outside which I like most. Walking distance to Xavier school and Watsons store. There are small eateries just outside the accommodation if your on a tight budget, and also sari-sari stores.
